Meet The Team

Eric Vohwinkel

Principal

Eric's 32 year tenor in the Kitchen & Bath Industry started in Charlotte, NC with cabinetry installation. That opportunity afforded him the basic knowledge needed to move into builder services and then a design/sales role with a local kitchen & bath dealer.

In 1992, he found himself in a territory sales role with a premier cabinetry manufacturer covering NC and SC. This position moved from home center sales to dealer sales in 1996.

With territory growth success under his belt and a young family in tow, they relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2000. Then, took up residence and went to work for a leading kitchen dealer in the area as the Showroom Sales Manager. That role led to a Director of Sales as we expanded into multiple markets.

Post the great recession, he found himself back in territory sales and then into a Regional Sales Manager role with Norcraft Companies/Masterbrand Cabinets Inc.

In May 2019, he hung up his corporate cleats to join Cabinet Navigators and get back into the trenches with dealers/distributors representing the Norcraft/Masterbrand products. This is where he believes he does his best work.

Wallie Rogerson

Principal

Wallie grew up in the cabinet industry as a second-generation cabinet builder, starting as a child sweeping floors in his father's custom shop. Over the years, he immersed himself in every aspect of cabinetry, from design and production to installation. That hands-on foundation laid the groundwork for his career.

Eventually, Wallie owned and operated his own retail and custom cabinetry shops, gaining firsthand experience in meeting customers' needs and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. In 2014, he transitioned into the sales representative side of the industry, starting his own agency, Rogerson & Associates. This endeavor allowed him to combine his technical expertise with his passion for customer service.

With over 35 years of experience in the cabinet industry, Wallie, has built a proven record of going above and beyond for his customers. He prides himself on fostering strong, lasting relationships and delivering quality, reliability and service that stands out.

In his downtime, Wallie loves spending time with his family, enjoying the river, boating, remodeling, new construction and deepening his relationship with God.

Brandy Rogerson

Administrative Manager

Brandy has spent 15 years in hotel administration and over 20 years in cabinet administration, working alongside her husband in various roles, from retail to custom shop operations and sales rep agencies. Along the way, she has mastered the art of juggling multiple responsibilities, whether managing day-to-day operations, building strong client relationships, or leading teams to complete tasks efficiently.

What drives Brandy is finding practical solutions and streamlining processes, whether it's enhancing customer experiences or helping businesses grow. She thrives on the variety in her work and has gained extensive experience in managing budgets, boosting sales, and establishing systems that keep everything on track.

Brandy is a firm believer in teamwork and authenticity with both clients and coworkers, always striving to move things forward in a way that benefits everyone.

When she's not working, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family, being on the water and doing construction projects with her husband, Wallie. Her loved ones and her faith are her greatest support and joy.

Brandon Ritchey

Account Specialist

Brandon serves as our Account Specialist throughout the Cabinet Navigators service area. He began his career in the cabinet industry working his way through college at Kent State University in a cabinet door manufacturing facility. Since he has held various positions within both Residential and Multi-Family kitchen cabinet manufacturing facilities throughout his career ranging from Operations and Logistics to Sales and Customer Service.

Brandon joined the Cabinet Navigators' team in 2024 as their Account Specialist, while offering an ongoing effort to continue to provide first class service to our partners.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys photography, traveling to State and National Parks as well as spending time with family and friends.

Lisa Vohwinkel

Marketing Assistant

Lisa's 20+ years of experience with photography, staging and graphic design allows her to be visually creative in many ways. She went from developing film in a darkroom to a fast paced and ever-changing "digital" darkroom via computer. Portraiture, artwork, and custom/stock greeting cards are her fondness.

Owning her own small photography boutique in the past, allowed her the opportunity to understand other occupational aspects, such as the importance of social media, web-design, content and branding.

She later went to work for some event planning companies that allowed her to excel in planning, directing, organizing and executing successful events. As well as years spent as a visual merchandiser for a furniture store chain helping stage the entire showroom and aggressively rotating inventory almost weekly and loving the furniture market trips. It sharpened her expertise in product curation, space planning, and consumer interest.

With Cabinet Navigators, she began in 2020 assisting Eric in those related areas. Pursuing their social media management, customer/dealer relations (to better increase customer/dealer engagement) some graphic and website design, merchandise inventory, event planning, and some field photography. Her passion for creativity and connection extends into every aspect of her work and personal life.

Brittany Buescher

Territory Manager

Brittany is our Sales Representative for Georgia. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in interior design in 2008 and started her journey in retail, where she learned multiple skills in kitchen and bath design software and materials. Over the years, Brittany has excelled in her design software skills and is an expert in Chief Architect and 20/20.

After many years of showroom management and sales, she decided to embark on a new adventure. Brittany has been with us for a little over a year, and her skills in design software bring a unique value to all of her dealers.

At home, Brittany loves to do DIY projects with her husband, Bill and while spending time together with their two Shih-tzus. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes from all of her favorite TV Celebrity Chefs.

Ben Grant

Territory Manager

Ben is the Territory Sales Manager for Cabinet Navigators in Nashville, Tennessee. He is an accomplished cabinet professional and enjoys using his skills to help build new kitchen and bath dealerships in the area.

Ben graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

While in school, he worked in the construction industry until he found his kitchen and bath cabinetry calling. He then began his career in cabinetry as an installer and worked towards designing, followed by landing into an account representative position for Production Builders. Following his time as an account representative, he co-founded a successful start-up cabinet dealership. Later he moved into a sales role as a cabinet manufacturer representative with Cabinet Navigators, early 2024.

Tricia Metz

Territory Manager

Tricia is the East Tennessee territory representative based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated with her Interior Design degree in 2004 from FIDM in Los Angeles, California. Tricia began working as a cabinetry designer while in college, which quickly became her design niche and career path over the next twenty plus years.

Early 2024, Tricia joined the Cabinet Navigators agency as a representative for MasterBrand Cabinetry. She now enjoys her new role on the other side of the desk, where she gets to share her passion for kitchen design, using the same cabinet brands that she's grown to know and love.

Jennifer Henderson

Territory Manager

Jennifer is a North Carolina native living in the Piedmont region. After teaching elementary school for 13 years, she was inspired to set about towards a second career.

She graduated from Western Carolina University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Upon graduation, she embarked on a well-rounded career within the Kitchen and Bath Industry, working in roles including cabinetry design/sales, estimating, selection coordination and project management.

In 2017 she joined an independent sales agency Rogerson & Associates as a Territory Representative for Supreme Brands NC, SC, and GA.

Jennifer has recently joined the Cabinet Navigators team as a Territory Manager for MasterBrand Cabinetry. She enjoys working with dealers and their staff to solve their needs creatively.

Jennifer and her husband, Tim live in a small town near Salisbury, NC along with her two cats (Kitty and Alexa.) She enjoys antiquing, home improvement projects, and spending time with her family.

Megan Magee

Territory Manager

Megan is our Territory Sales Manager for Louisiana, Mississippi and the Alabama Gulf Coast. She graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in merchandising.

She developed her passion of the industry while working as a kitchen designer at a local Kitchen and Bath showroom. She participated in all aspects of the construction and remodeling process. There she grew to love 20/20 Design and helping clients bring their dream homes into reality. Beginning in 2020 Megan spent 5 years as a Sales Representative with a quartz manufacturer. There she was the contact for Kitchen and Bath showrooms, National Accounts and Fabricators. She has experience in both the sales and design side of the kitchen and bath business.

Megan and her husband, Will have been married for 27 years. They have 2 children, Anna Grace and Clay, who are both attending college. Megan enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, as traveling as much as possible.

Ray Waite

Founder/Retired

Ray joined Alside Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation and a founder of the Ultracraft Company in November 1977. He was the first employee of the Liberty, NC based Ultracraft Company (Alside Division) in November 1985. He started the company from a Greenfield site and completed the building and equipment install/debug in September of 1986. Subsequently, the first Ultracraft cabinet was produced.

His Ultracraft career was focused on operations as Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, and Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2005 he became a Manufacturer's Representative and continued his association with The Ultracraft Company to the present day. His career totals a 43-year span serving the Ultracraft/Alside Company. He is currently the Principle of an award-winning Rep Agency "Cabinet Navigators." They promote all of the cabinet lines noted above.

Obviously, Ultracraft is his favorite brand and the one he is most knowledgeable about. The no-charge modifications, as well as the "breadth of the product" offering, makes Ultracraft a new line to sell.

He particularly enjoys the relationships that have been built over the many years with the Navigators Team and with our customers.
