I have known Scott for several years now. He was my StarMark representative and is now my Ultracraft rep along with Ray Waite.
Ray and Scott both have a willingness to help others succeed. They are knowledgeable, professional, personable and extremely helpful. They care and are always truly supportive. They follow up with calls and texts much more promptly than many others.
I often joke with Scott that he is my favorite rep, when in truth, he is.
I once ordered an entire acrylic kitchen in the wrong door style...it happens. Scott went into "fireman" mode and extinguished the mistake before it became a financial disaster for my company.
I have worked with a lot of reps over the years, but these guys are truly the best!

Eric is one of the most responsive and helpful reps that we have. He is always quick to get the answers we need and assist in any way he can. He goes way above and beyond his typical responsibilities. He has even gone so far as to help us physically rework cabinets in our showroom to make it more operational (and they weren’t even his cabinets) – I don’t have any other reps that have ever grabbed their toolbelt in this type of scenario.
